C\u2019est aussi le premier contact qui permettra de nouer une relation de confiance, \u00e9tape importante pour la r\u00e9alisation du bilan.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Le d\u00e9roulement du bilan de comp\u00e9tences suit les trois phases r\u00e9glementaires pr\u00e9vues par l\u2019article R.6313-4 du Code du travail.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.
